- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain billing records and customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support audits and help maintain internal controls.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense forecasting.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, procurement).
- Communicate with clients regarding their account status.
