- Certifications in Database Administration (e.g., MCSE, Oracle DB) or System Administration.
- Prior experience managing enterprise data migrations or cloud database solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in EDP operations, database administration, or IT system management.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or custom systems), and server management (Windows/Linux).
- Skills: Solid knowledge of network administration, data encryption, backup protocols, and system troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving, team coordination, and project management skills.
- We are seeking an experienced Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Manager / Specialist to oversee, maintain, and optimize our organization’s data processing infrastructure, IT systems, and databases. You will ensure smooth daily system operations, maintain data security,



and implement efficient data processing workflows.
- System & Data Management: Oversee daily electronic data processing operations, hardware, software systems, and network infrastructure.
- Database Maintenance: Manage, backup, and optimize company databases to ensure high availability, data integrity, and fast retrieval.
- Security & Compliance: Implement data security protocols, access controls, disaster recovery plans, and cyber threat safeguards.
- Process Automation: Streamline data collection, entry, and reporting pipelines to improve organizational productivity.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex hardware, software, data error, or network performance issues promptly.
- Team & Vendor Leadership: Supervise IT support/data entry staff and manage third-party software vendors and service contracts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
