About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our upcoming luxury resort in Kochi. The candidate will support the Housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, corridors, and other assigned areas.
- Assist in making beds, changing linen, replenishing guest amenities, and maintaining room supplies.
- Ensure all assigned areas are maintained according to the resort's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, lost and found items, and other concerns to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Assist with laundry and linen-related activities when required.
- Maintain proper handling and storage of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping.




- Support the Housekeeping Supervisor and other team members in daily operations.
- Follow all Housekeeping SOPs, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain professional grooming and a clean, presentable appearance at all times.
- Assist in maintaining the overall luxury standards and guest experience of the property.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in housekeeping in a hotel/resort is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with active housekeeping duties.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional attitude, discipline, and reliability.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping procedures will be an advantage.
