About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant with 6–8 years of experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — leading discovery, shaping solutions, and driving adoption. Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage for our automotive-sector engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops, discovery sessions, and business process mapping with client stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

- Configure Salesforce declaratively — objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and assignment rules.

- Design end-to-end processes: lead-to-cash (Sales Cloud), case management, omni-channel, entitlements and knowledge (Service Cloud), and customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign automation (Marketing Cloud).

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice, out-of-the-box solutions before customization.

- Prepare and execute UAT plans, coordinate testing cycles, and manage defect triage with development teams.

- Drive data migration mapping, cleansing strategy, and cutover planning.

- Deliver end-user training, create training materials, and champion user adoption.

- Support pre-sales activities — demos, proofs of concept, and effort estimation — as needed.

- Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend new features to clients.

Required Skills & Experience





- 6–8 years of Salesforce functional consulting experience with multiple full-lifecycle implementations.

- Sales Cloud: leads, opportunities, forecasting, territory management, quotes, and sales processes.

- Service Cloud: case lifecycle, omni-channel routing, service console, entitlements, SLAs, and knowledge management.

- Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting.

- Excellent skills in business analysis, process mapping (e.g., BPMN), and documentation.

- Experience with Agile delivery methodology and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and reporting/dashboards.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud — vehicle master data, dealer performance management, lead-to-vehicle-sale processes — is highly preferred.

- Exposure to Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, or Data Cloud.

- Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or dealership domain.

- Familiarity with integration concepts and working alongside technical teams on API-based solutions.

Certifications

- Salesforce Administrator (required).

- Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant (required — at least one).

- Marketing Cloud Consultant / Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (preferred).

- Automotive Cloud Accredited Professional (a strong plus).

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
