Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Jira & Confluence Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Atlassian suite. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Jira administration, Confluence management, and the ability to work independently to handle customer requests and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Jira Administration:

- Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes.
- Implement custom fields, dashboards, and filters to meet business requirements.
- Manage Jira Service Management (JSM) for ITSM processes.

Confluence Administration:

- Set up and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions.
- Ensure proper integration with Jira and other tools.
- Optimize Confluence for knowledge management and collaboration.

System Management:

- Perform regular system health checks, upgrades, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Customer Interaction:





- Independently handle customer requests and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
- Strong understanding of Atlassian ecosystem and best practices.
- Experience in user management, permission schemes, and workflow customization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM) and ITSM processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience with plugins/add-ons like ScriptRunner, Tempo, etc.

Other Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s degree BE/B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
