Key Responsibilities:
Source 2-wheeler delivery executives through field recruitment.
Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools etc.
Identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers) to drive candidate identification and attraction.
Maintain relationships with sales and ops team to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Requirements:
Freshers / Graduates interested in field recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally.
Must have own two-wheeler.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer systems.
Positive local-area knowledge.
What We Offer:
6-month contract role with training provided.
₹10,000–₹12,000/month including petrol allowance.
Business cards and flyers will be provided.
Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
