Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in the Agrochemical, Fertilizer, Micronutrient or Agri-Input industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks.
- Develop recent markets and business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and distributors.
- Handle sales team and monitor market performance.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.




- Manage B2B sales and institutional business.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Agrochemical / Fertilizer / Micronutrient / Agri-Input industry.
- Strong dealer/distributor network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Micronutrients / Specialty Fertilizers / Agrochemical manufacturing companies.
