Job Description – Draughtsman

Position: Draughtsman

Industry: Wastewater Treatment / Water Treatment

Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Location: Chennai (Porur -Near Bhai kadai)

Salary: Based on interview performance and technical skills

Job Responsibilities

Prepare accurate 2D and basic 3D drawings for wastewater and water treatment projects.

Develop and modify engineering drawings as per project requirements.

Interpret technical specifications and convert engineering concepts into detailed drawings.

Coordinate with the design and engineering team to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

Make revisions and updates to drawings based on technical feedback.

Maintain proper drawing standards, documentation, and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience as a Draughtsman.

Experience in the Wastewater Treatment / Water Treatment industry is preferred.

Knowledge of treatment plants such as:

STP – Sewage Treatment Plant

WTP – Water Treatment Plant

ETP – Effluent Treatment Plant

RO – Reverse Osmosis Plant

Solid drawing and drafting skills are mandatory.





Good knowledge of AutoCAD (CAD) is required.

Candidate must have completed a CAD course.

CAD certification is required.

Basic knowledge of 3D modelling/drawing is preferred.

Candidates with hands-on experience in wastewater treatment plant drawings will have an advantage.

Selection Process

CAD Tool/Skill Test will be conducted as part of the selection process.

Technical drawing ability will be evaluated.

Salary will be finalized based on interview performance, technical skills, and drawing proficiency.

Skilled candidates with strong relevant experience may be offered a competitive salary.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman who can independently prepare and modify drawings for wastewater treatment projects and work effectively with the engineering/design team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
