Weekly Off: Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Admission Counselor who can understand students' educational needs, guide them toward the right programs, and convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through enquired through social media leads calling.

Understand each student's academic background, career goals, and learning requirements.

Recommend suitable courses and institutions based on the student's profile.

Build trust and maintain qualified relationships with students and parents.

Explain course details, admission procedures, fees, and career opportunities.

Follow up consistently with leads until the admission process is completed.

Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.

Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.





Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months to 2 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of one regional language is an added advantage.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound (cold) calls.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

Experience converting leads into admissions.

Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable working from home with a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
