About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Operations Associate to join our Production team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting machine operations, monitoring machine performance, assisting with machine setup, and supporting Engineers/Senior team members in production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in operating production machines as per defined procedures and instructions.
- Monitor machine operation and ensure smooth running of the machine during production.
- Perform basic calculations required for production activities.
- Assist the Engineer/Senior Operator in machine setup.
- Support the Engineer during machine setup and production changeover activities.
- Check and monitor the production process and immediately report any abnormality or machine issue.
- Follow production instructions and maintain the required quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness around the machine and work area.
- Follow all safety rules, work instructions,



and company policies.
- Use required safety equipment and maintain secure working practices.
- Support the Production team in achieving daily production targets.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Engineer/Senior.

Eligibility & Qualification

- Minimum 10th Pass. / Less than 10th pass
- Candidates who can read and write and understand basic instructions can also apply.
- Basic understanding of numbers and calculations.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with prior manufacturing/machine experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
