Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA graduates or Mechanical/Electronics Engineers who are interested in building a career in Sales & Marketing within the Automotive Industry. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development activities, customer engagement, market research, and sales growth for automotive products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with 2W, 3W, Commercial Vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Construction Equipment, Engine & Genset OEMs.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Handle quotations, negotiations, order closure, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and product support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer visit reports,



and sales forecasts.
- Travel regularly for customer meetings and business development.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA (Marketing / Sales) or BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in Automotive B2B Sales / Key Account Management.
- Must have experience handling key accounts with 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, Commercial Vehicle, Passenger Vehicle, Construction Equipment, Engine & Genset OEMs.
- Experience in OEM sales, automotive components, vehicle diagnostics, or garage equipment will be preferred.
