Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that processes are followed and production targets are met.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are maintained, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Production Planning: Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement production plans that meet customer deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Reporting: Maintain records of daily production activities, including output, quality control, and any issues encountered.
- Inventory Management:



Monitor the availability of raw materials and report shortages to the procurement team to avoid production delays.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
