Job Title: Washing Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Washing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all washing operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring washing processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely completion of tasks in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily washing operations (laundry, uniforms, linen, kitchen/restaurant items, etc.).

Assign duties and monitor the performance of washing staff.

Ensure washing, drying, ironing, and folding are carried out as per required quality and hygiene standards.

Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, and cleaning supplies.

Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of washing machines and related equipment.

Train and guide staff on washing procedures,



safety protocols, and quality standards.

Monitor turnaround time for laundry and ensure timely delivery.

Inspect washed items to ensure cleanliness and quality before dispatch.

Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the washing area.

Report any equipment breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on washing activities, staff performance, and stock usage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
