Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Azure Cloud & Microsoft Solutions Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in Cloud Computing, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and IT Operations.

The candidate will work with experienced team members and gain practical exposure to Azure cloud services, Microsoft solutions, customer support, cloud operations, and licensing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services.
- Support basic Azure cloud configuration and administration activities.
- Assist with Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, and other Azure services.
- Support cloud migration and integration activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in monitoring Azure resources and identifying basic performance or operational issues.
- Support cloud cost monitoring and optimization activities using Azure Cost Management.
- Assist with Microsoft Partner Center operations and customer subscription management.
- Support tenant creation and activation of Microsoft online services.
- Assist in handling customer queries, support tickets, and escalations.
- Maintain operational reports, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.




- Participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Follow defined IT processes, security guidelines, and operational standards.
- Continuously learn and develop knowledge of Azure and Microsoft cloud technologies.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure and Cloud Computing.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as IP, DNS, VPN, and virtual networks.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new cloud technologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
