Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintaining service level standards
- Assisting in new hire trainings
- Perform internal Quality check providing floor support and feedback to other staff
- Responding to all emails efficiently
- Candidate needs to have 15 years of full time education
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24 7 environments comfortable to work in night shifts Rotational
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Should be comfortable working from office
