Role: Service Engineer – Aftersales
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2–4 yrs / 4–6 yrs
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

- After-sales service, maintenance & warranty support for material handling equipment
- Handle customer complaints and provide on-site technical support
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and mandatory warranty services
- Perform routine maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
- Deliver operator training and safety guidance
- Manage spare parts dispatch, inventory & AMC support
- Support OEM aftersales and spares business development

Skills Required:

- Solid technical knowledge of material handling / unloading equipment
- Good communication & customer-handling skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with business acumen
- Willingness to travel and work independently

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
