The Accountant supports the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare and post journal entries
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain and update accounting databases and filing systems
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
