Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to drive sales, strengthen retailer and distributor relationships, and expand market presence for a leading FMCG brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned market.
- Execute company schemes and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG / Field Sales / Retail Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
