Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Draft, design, and edit engaging visual and text content (posts, short-form video reels/TikToks, graphics, and captions).
- Scheduling & Publishing: Maintain the monthly content calendar and schedule daily posts across active platforms.
- Community Management: Monitor comment sections, direct messages, and brand mentions to actively engage our audience.
- Trend Awareness: Track current social media trends, viral audio clips, industry updates, and platform features to suggest fresh content ideas.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering weekly performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, follower growth) and compiling basic analytics reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Active user of major social platforms (Instagram,



TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
- Familiarity with basic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for grammar, tone, and visual aesthetics.
- Proactive attitude, solid organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
