Job Title: Manager – International Logistics & EXIM Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage end-to-end international logistics and EXIM (Export-Import) operations. The role requires deep expertise in shipment planning, container optimization, compliance, vendor management, and cost negotiation for global shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end export and import operations, including shipment planning and execution
- Determine optimal container types (FCL/LCL) and manage container utilization effectively
- Calculate volumetric weight, shipment cost optimization, and packaging requirements
- Manage international shipments, including water/sea freight operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and country-specific requirements
- Handle all EXIM documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, and other regulatory documents
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and logistics vendors
- Source, evaluate, and onboard logistics vendors; negotiate competitive pricing and contracts
- Track shipments,



resolve delays/issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Stay updated on import/export policies, duties, tariffs, and certifications required
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and sales) for seamless execution

Key Requirements

- Experience in export-import operations or international logistics
- Strong knowledge of EXIM documentation, compliance, and customs procedures
- Hands-on experience with sea freight operations and container management
- Understanding of volumetric weight calculations and cost optimization techniques
- Proven experience in vendor management and freight negotiation
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and certifications
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Good to Have

- Experience in D2C / e-commerce / 3PL logistics
- Knowledge of Middle East / US / International shipping lanes
- Exposure to WMS / ERP systems

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
