Job Title: Civil Project Engineer with Finishing Experience

Job Location : Gurgaon

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to construction projects on-site with full finishing support activities also. This role requires solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

A. You will be responsible for getting the work executed as per drawings provided and as per CPWD specifications.

B. You will be responsible for making BOQ for the project and also do the billing of the work done.

C. You will be required to work out the costing of the work done on daily basis

D. You will be required to monitor the work of the petty contractors if any on daily basis.

E. You will be required to monitor the quality of the work done on regular basis

F. You will be required to do any other work related to the site and as per company policy during the tenure of your job.

G. You will be required to do any other job not mentioned above but as per the policy of the company.

H. You will be liable to be transferred to any other project being executed by the company.

I. Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.

J. Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and specifications.

K All Finishing activities like HVAC, Fall Celling, Tiles, paints, POP Work.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Monitor and material procurement, inventory, and usage.





Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Conduct regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.

Skills Required

Strong Knowledge of starting a new construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods testing materials, and equipment testing

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Leadership and supervisory skills.

Qualification Required :

Only B- Tech ( Civil )

Experience Needed:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in all Residencial projects including with finishing activities.
