Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Umbhel (Kamrej), Surat, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email and calls
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Prepare reports and MIS in Excel
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely closure of complaints
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong email handling skills
- Basic to valuable knowledge of Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years of experience
