Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.





* Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and onboarding processes.

* Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.

* Assist in day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

* Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Eligibility

* College Students

* Freshers

* BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc., B.Tech, or graduates from any discipline

* Basic understanding of Human Resources and Recruitment

* Strong willingness to learn and grow
