About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced media buying executive to join our media agency team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing media operations across multiple platforms including hoardings, newspaper, events, exhibitions, radio, and TV. This role requires strong coordination skills, vendor handling expertise, and the ability to confidently present and negotiate with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end media operations across hoardings, print (newspaper), events, exhibitions, radio, and TV campaigns
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors for bookings, execution, and timely delivery of media properties
- Prepare client-ready presentations (PPTs) for campaign proposals, media plans, and performance reports
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and media partners to ensure cost-effective execution




- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, finance) to ensure smooth campaign rollout
- Track campaign timelines, resolve on-ground operational issues, and ensure quality execution
- Maintain robust working relationships with media owners, vendors, and stakeholders

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in a media agency / advertising environment
- Strong vendor management skills with proven negotiation ability
- Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) creation
- Sound understanding of media products: hoardings, newspaper, events, exhibitions, radio, TV
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to operational challenges
