Designation: Customer Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Make follow-up calls and coordinate with customers.
- Assist customers with their requirements and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain customer records and update necessary details.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer service.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers can also apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Confident, presentable, and responsible.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
