Salary: ₹25,000/month + 12% Commission

- 10% on personal sales

About the Role

Triven.ai, a project of Meru Land Private Limited, is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our US sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US cold calling, sales, product demos, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct US cold calls, product demos, and sales presentations.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Generate and convert qualified sales opportunities.
- Lead, train, and manage two SDRs.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Track sales performance and report results to management.

Requirements

- Proven experience in US sales and cold calling.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams.

Eligibility

- Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
- Fluent English and strong US sales experience are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working with US customers and time zones.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 8:30 PM – 11:30 PM
