We are looking for a skilled PCB Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in PCB assembly, through-hole soldering, SMT soldering, rework, and component replacement. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, repairing, and reworking PCB assemblies as per drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform through-hole (THT) and SMT soldering of electronic components on PCBs.
- Carry out PCB assembly, soldering, desoldering, and component replacement.
- Perform PCB rework and repair using soldering stations, hot-air stations, and other rework equipment.
- Identify electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, connectors, transistors, and other components.
- Read and understand PCB layouts, schematics, BOMs, component markings, and assembly drawings.
- Perform accurate soldering of fine-pitch and small SMD components.
- Handle ICs, QFP, QFN, SOIC, SOT,



BGA-related rework as per capability and training.
- Inspect solder joints for defects such as:
- Cold solder joints
- Solder bridges
- Insufficient solder
- Component misalignment
- Open joints
- Excess solder
- Perform PCB rework and modification according to engineering instructions.
- Use magnification equipment/microscopes for inspection and precision soldering.
- Follow ESD safety procedures while handling PCBs and electronic components.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and housekeeping at the workstation.
- Support PCB testing and troubleshooting activities when required.
- Maintain production and rework records.
- Follow IPC and company-defined workmanship and quality standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
