Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Education Counsellor to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a passion for helping students choose the right educational programs.

Candidates with relevant counselling, sales, telecalling, or business development experience are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with students through calls, messages, and emails.
- Understand students' educational requirements, career goals, and preferences.
- Provide appropriate guidance and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and the admission process.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly admission/sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide timely assistance throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and onboarding.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in education counselling, sales,



telecalling, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle calls and communicate effectively with students.
- Graduation/MBA or relevant educational qualification is preferred.
