Our product range covers solar panels, solar batteries, air conditioning, and heat pump systems.

The Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Representative or Sales Executive to join our remote team. You will be engaging with Australian customers, understanding their energy needs, and presenting the right solutions backed by strong government rebate programs.

What You'll Be Selling

- Solar Panel Systems
- Solar Battery Storage
- Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning
- Heat Pump Hot Water Systems

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads across Australian residential and commercial markets
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations to assess customer needs
- Prepare and present tailored energy solution proposals
- Explain government rebates and incentives clearly (VEU, STC, Solar Victoria)
- Manage your pipeline and follow up leads using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after a sale

What We're Looking For

- Proven sales experience in the Australian market — energy, solar, air conditioning, or related industry preferred




- Solid understanding of Australian energy rebate programs (VEU, STCs, Solar Victoria) is a solid advantage
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have the proper environment & WFH setup ready.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday)

Pay: ₹425,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
