Job Summary:

Responsible for managing catering operations, coordinating events and functions, ensuring high standards of food and service quality, managing teams and vendors, and maintaining strong client relationships while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end catering operations for weddings, corporate events, banquets, and outdoor functions
- Plan and coordinate events from preparation to final execution
- Coordinate with Chefs, Service, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, and Event teams
- Manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, training, and performance
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service standards
- Handle client meetings, requirements, special requests, and feedback
- Prepare event menus, costing, quotations, and operational plans
- Monitor food costs, inventory, wastage, and operational expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of materials and equipment
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper event setup and execution
- Resolve operational issues during events and ensure smooth service
- Prepare event reports, costing sheets, and MIS reports

Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of catering and F&B; operations
- Excellent event planning and execution skills
- Strong team leadership and manpower management
- Client relationship and communication skills
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and vendor management
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Catering Management
- 5–10 years of experience in catering/F&B; operations
- Prior experience as a Catering Manager, Banquet Manager, or F&B; Manager preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in wedding catering, corporate catering, outdoor catering, banquet operations, institutional catering, or large-scale events
- Experience handling high-volume events and large operational teams

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
