Urgent Hiring: HSE Officer – Substation/Power Projects

Location: Guinea (West Africa)

Salary: upto USD 2,000 - 2500 per month

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, HSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Implement and monitor HSE policies at substation project sites.

- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.

- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) systems.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and HSE inductions.

- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure PPE compliance, emergency preparedness, and environmental safety.

- Maintain HSE documentation and reports.Coordinate with clients, contractors,



and project teams on all HSE matters.

*Requirements:*

- 8–10 years of HSE experience in Substation, Transmission, Power Distribution, or Electrical Infrastructure Projects.

- Strong knowledge of Electrical Safety, PTW, LOTO, Risk Assessment, and Incident Investigation.

- Experience in HSE audits, reporting, and compliance.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- English & French proficiency preferred.
