About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing high-quality video content across various social media platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, social media trends, and content creation to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, edit, and deliver high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop engaging short-form and long-form video content aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, background music, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Design attractive thumbnails, banners, and social media creatives.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and create trend-based content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and follows the company's brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools.
- Strong creativity, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
- Positive communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or Digital Media will be an added advantage.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience in video editing, social media content creation, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, Reels, Shorts, and audience engagement.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous video editing or social media work will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
