Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online campaigns, strengthen our digital presence, and support fundraising and awareness initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, campaign execution, basic SEO/SEM, and digital analytics, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage both paid and organic digital marketing activities.
- Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through digital channels.
- Manage and grow social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign creatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of digital campaign assets.
- Maintain consistency in campaign messaging and branding.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, and key metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Research the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Suggest new campaign ideas and strategies to improve engagement.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and campaign execution.
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM.
- Familiarity with Canva and digital analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple projects.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social impact and storytelling is an advantage.
