Job Description

 Lead integration of BBNL, VIL, IP1, and other fiber PoPs with Airtel’s network architecture, ensuring alignment with existing and future network rings.

 Plan and integrate recent fiber PoPs under Project Gati, BBNL, and other strategic initiatives while ensuring network redundancy and resilience.

 Drive equipment selection, capacity dimensioning, FNI planning, and integration with Collector, T4, and LCD layers.

 Ensure seamless BBNL onboarding without impacting existing Airtel fiber rings or creating route overlaps.

 Manage end-to-end planning, design approvals, and change management for ~60,000 new fiber PoPs over the next 2-3 years.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deployment, integration, and network optimization.
