Operations Strategist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Operations Strategist with mininum 2 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the latest digital marketing and performance marketing techniques to improve business performance by ensuring effective lead generation, follow-up, sales conversion and operational execution.

The role will work closely with the management, sales team and external digital marketing agency to ensure that marketing generates genuine and qualified leads, sales teams follow up effectively, and business opportunities are converted into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the external digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns generate relevant and qualified leads.
- Monitor lead quality, follow-up and conversion, and identify gaps affecting business performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead handling, follow-up and conversion.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing products, services and revenue streams.
- Track important operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.




- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Maintain proper reporting and provide management with regular updates on business performance.
- Coordinate between marketing, sales and operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Take initiatives that improve efficiency, customer retention, revenue and overall business growth.

Key Focus

The primary objective of this role is to improve the business — by bringing in better leads, ensuring proper follow-up, improving conversions, retaining customers and making sure important operational activities are completed efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
