Key Responsibilities:

Cost Planning & Estimation

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Develop and update project budgets and cost plans.

Subcontractor & Labour Contractor Billing

- Track and verify subcontractor and labour contractor bills based on work progress.
- Ensure timely certification of RA (Running Account) bills and final bills.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification and work certification.
- Maintain billing logs and update payment status regularly.
- Follow up with accounts and management to ensure timely release of payments.

Contract Administration

- Assist in drafting and administering contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor contract compliance and handle claims, variations, and change orders.

Financial & Risk Management

- Monitor project expenditures and compare actual costs with budgeted costs.
- Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliations and financial reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risks effectively.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with project managers,



engineers, accounts, contractors, and vendors.
- Attend progress review meetings and present billing and cost updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in QS role with direct involvement in subcontractor and labour billing.
- Experience in residential or commercial building projects.
- Familiarity with QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of local labour rates, materials, and construction methods.
