About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken Tele-Caller to manage inbound and outbound calls for real estate leads. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, responsible for engaging leads, understanding their requirements, and converting them into qualified leads with scheduled property visits.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in sales, real estate, or customer engagement. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from prospective buyers enquiring about listed properties
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals
- Understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type, timeline) through structured discovery conversations
- Qualify leads based on intent, budget fit, and readiness to proceed
- Schedule and confirm site/property visits for qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM




- Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them through the pipeline
- Coordinate with the sales/closing team to hand off qualified, visit-ready leads
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and maintain call quality standards

What We're Looking For

- Freshers welcome — strong communication skills matter more than experience
- Fluent in Hindi and English; additional languages (Marathi, Gujarati, etc.) are a plus
- Confident, friendly phone manner with good listening skills
- Basic comfort with computers/CRM tools (training will be provided)
- Target-driven mindset with persistence and patience for follow-ups
- Prior experience in tele-calling, BPO, or customer service is a bonus but not required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
