Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Plastics Engineering.
- Diploma holders with significant relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience:

- 10–15 years in manufacturing operations.
- At least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Plastic Moulding, Metal Stamping, Electroplating, Turning, and Assembly processes.
- Automotive components manufacturing experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production incharges of Moulding, Stamping, Plating and Machine Shop and monitor their performance
- Ensure no delivery failureü Create process documentation including SOP, Quality Alerts, etc.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production capacity and improve throughput.
- Ensure Compliance with Control Plans, Process Parameters, Work Instructions, Quality Standards, First Piece Approval, Layered Process Audits & In-process inspections
- Support Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Customer Complaint Resolution & Internal Quality Audits
- Drive OEE Improvement, Productivity Projects, Cycle Time Reduction, Setup Time Reduction (SMED), Line Balancing, Capacity Enhancement & Cost Reduction Projects.
- Monitor Production Efficiency, Labour Productivity, Machine Utilization, Scrap Rate & Rework Rate.




- Ensure compliance with Factory Safety Rules, PPE usage, Safe Machine Operation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Fire Safety, Hazard Identification, Chemical Handling (Electroplating), Waste Disposal Requirements.
- Identify training needs, Train & Develop operators & supervisors and Conduct their performance reviews.

Required Technical Competencies:

- Production Planning & Control, Injection Moulding Technology, Press Shop Operations, Electroplating Process Control, CNC Turning Operations
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, OEE Improvement, Process Capability, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA
- Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone), APQP awareness, PPAP awareness, 8D Problem Solving, Cost Reduction Techniques, MS Excel and production reporting.

Working Conditions:

- Manufacturing shop floor workplace.
- Rotational shift support as required.
- Frequent interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to noise, heat, chemicals (electroplating), and moving machinery; strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols is essential.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
