Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications for a growing user base.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications across platforms.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across products.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices and screen sizes.




- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Work closely with Android/iOS developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
- Prepare design documentation and specifications to support development handoff.
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, design reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform design strategy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Good to Have

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Experience designing for both Android and iOS design guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
- Strong understanding of the Design Thinking process and Product Development Lifecycle.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects under deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
