Experience: 2-5 Years in Hotel/Facility Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC & hotel equipment maintenance.
- Perform preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Attend breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong troubleshooting & technical skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
