Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and communicative **Student Counselor** to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, understanding their educational and career requirements, and guiding them toward suitable courses and programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online communication.
* Understand students’ educational goals and requirements.
* Provide information about available courses, programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
* Counsel and guide students based on their interests and career goals.
* Follow up with students and maintain regular communication.
* Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
* Support the admissions team in converting enquiries into enrolments.
* Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
*Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with 1+ year of experience* in counselling, telecalling, sales, education, or customer service are preferred.
* Good **communication and interpersonal skills**.
* Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
* Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work independently in a **work-from-home workplace**.
