Hiring: Logistics Manager – U.S. Freight Brokerage

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Freight Brokers.
- Handle end-to-end U.S. freight brokerage operations.
- Manage load booking, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, tracking & delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer & carrier relationships.
- Drive revenue, gross margin, load volume & team productivity.
- Coach the team and ensure achievement of monthly KPIs.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure smooth shipment execution.

Requirements

- 5+ years of U.S. Freight Brokerage experience.
- Current/recent experience managing a Freight Broker team is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of U.S.



trucking, lanes, equipment & freight rates.
- Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop & TMS/CRM.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and margin targets.

Preference: Candidates currently working as Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Operations Manager / Logistics Manager in U.S. Freight Brokerage.
