Key Responsibilities
Toyota Loom Maintenance & Handling
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field.
5 to 12 years of experience in weaving maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Toyota Air Jet Looms is mandatory.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of Toyota Air Jet Looms.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, pneumatic, and operational faults in Toyota looms.
- Perform machine overhauling, alignment, timing setting, and calibration.
- Monitor loom performance and ensure optimum running efficiency.
- Handle loom start-up, machine settings, and style change activities.
Weaving Production Support
- Ensure continuous machine availability to achieve production targets.
- Reduce loom stoppages and improve machine utilization.
- Support operators in troubleshooting weaving defects and machine-related issues.
- Coordinate with the production team during current fabric developments and style changes.
Quality & Process Control
- Identify and eliminate defects arising from loom malfunctions.
- Ensure proper functioning of weft insertion, warp stop motions, leno devices, and electronic systems.
- Maintain fabric quality standards and minimize rejection levels.
Maintenance Management
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts consumption.
- Monitor critical spares and raise requisitions when required.
- Ensure proper lubrication and upkeep of machines.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow all safety procedures during maintenance activities.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field.
- Additional certification in textile machinery maintenance is preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 12 years of experience in weaving maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Toyota Air Jet Looms is mandatory.
- Experience in handling modern weaving machinery and automation systems is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Toyota loom mechanisms and maintenance.
- Understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve machine breakdowns quickly.
- Knowledge of weaving processes, fabric quality parameters, and loom settings.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,250.65 - ₹35,025.15 per month
