Key Responsibilities

- Oversee academic performance across assigned branches.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson plans, assessments, and academic standards.
- Conduct regular branch visits and classroom observations.
- Monitor teacher performance and provide mentoring, feedback, and guidance.
- Identify academic gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Analyse student performance and branch-wise academic data.
- Coordinate with Principals, Vice Principals, Academic Coordinators, and teachers.
- Conduct and support teacher training and development initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of organizational academic processes and standards.
- Prepare regular academic reports and share performance updates with management.
- Address academic concerns and drive continuous improvement across branches.

Role-Specific Focus

Primary Zonal Coordinator

- Monitor Primary classes and foundational learning outcomes.
- Ensure effective subject-wise teaching and assessment practices.
- Strengthen teacher performance and classroom delivery.
- Drive improvement in student academic results.

Pre-Primary Zonal Coordinator





- Monitor Pre-Primary academic practices and activity-based learning.
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and classroom engagement.
- Monitor foundational learning, worksheets, activities, and student development.
- Mentor Pre-Primary teachers and ensure a child-friendly learning environment.

Eligibility

- Graduate / Postgraduate; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant school education experience.
- Experience as an Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, Principal, Zonal Coordinator, or similar academic leadership role preferred.
- Solid experience in Primary / Pre-Primary academics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned branches.

An experienced academic professional with strong leadership and mentoring skills who can manage multiple branches, develop teachers, analyse academic performance, and drive consistent academic standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
