- Follow up with customers for due services, renewals, and feedback
- Generate service leads through calls, SMS, email campaigns, and digital platforms
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM system)
- Plan and execute service marketing activities like service camps, free check-up drives, and seasonal offers
- Handle customer inquiries related to service pricing, packages, and availability
- Work towards achieving monthly service revenue targets
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
