Telecaller – Berhampore Office

PM Trading & Co. is looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to join our team at our Berhampore office.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and assist with converting enquiries into potential customers.
- Maintain basic records of calls and customer enquiries.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales,



or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal

Important Location Requirement

This position is intended for candidates who are currently based in Berhampore or nearby areas and can regularly commute to our Berhampore office.

This is an office-based position and not a remote job.
