Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting interior design solutions, and converting enquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, social media, referrals, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their interior design requirements and budget.
- Arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Present company services, interior concepts, quotations, and proposals to clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed interior projects and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Develop marketing activities to increase company visibility and generate enquiries.
- Promote the company's interior design services through social media and other platforms.




- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel and provide regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, real estate, interior design, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and social media platforms.
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 to 25,000 per month + incentives/commission based on performance.
