We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our retail team and assist customers in choosing the right products while achieving store sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing and customer transactions when required.
- Follow company grooming and customer service standards
- Support stock arrangement and daily store activities.
- Maintain positive product knowledge.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Work effectively with the store team.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is Plus Two.
- Freshers are welcome. Retail or fashion experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic comuter knowledge
- Target-oriented and responsible.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
