The Role

As the Academy Manager, you will be the driving force behind the branch’s success. This is a target-based role that combines leadership, operations, and business development. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the team, and ensuring we meet our enrollment and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day activities of the Patiala branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Target Achievement: Drive academy enrollments and meet monthly performance goals.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate staff to maintain high standards of education and customer service.
- Brand Representation:



Maintain a professional and presentable image as the face of the academy.
- Client Relations: Engage with students and clients to ensure a premium experience.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within a Beauty Academy or a similar educational/training environment.
- Skills: Robust leadership abilities with a proven track record of being target-oriented.
- Personality: Must possess a "Good Personality" and maintain "Presentable Looks" in line with beauty industry standards.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively handle inquiries and team management.
