Position Overview

The Warehouse/Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting smooth operations of the warehouse/store. This role ensures timely availability of materials and contributes to effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Storage & Organization
- Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse/store.
- Issuing & Dispatch
- Prepare and issue materials to departments as per requisitions.
- Pack and dispatch goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with logistics for smooth transportation.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Track slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged items.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.




- Ensure proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials.
- Support audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma/Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse/store operations (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
